Young Teen Skills Program

Our center is focused on providing a 16-week Young Teen Skills Program to prepare young teenagers seeking skills in career and job exploration. The Young Teen Skills Program training program at First Behavioral Pediatric Care allows participants with developmental disabilities ages 13 + who have average performance at school, to learn new specific skills in career and job advancement. First Behavioral Pediatric Care offers proven programs which provide instruction and support with communication skills, individual career counseling, volunteer training, assessments and portfolio development. Students receive individual instruction helping them prepare for the workforce. Supports include building resumes, career exploration, and performing mock interviews.
